3 poblano peppers
1 jalapeno
1/4 cup almonds
5 cloves garlic
1/4 cup packed picked parsley + a few for garnish
1/2 cup packed picked cilanto+ a few for garnish
a few sprigs of picked dill for garnish
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp (to taste) sherry vinegar
salt to taste
3 tbsp amaranth seeds
1 lemon
